About Google Page Rank Plugin :

PageRank is a patented method to assign a numerical weighting to each element of a hyperlinked set of documents, such as the World Wide Web, with the purpose of "measuring" its relative importance within the set.

The algorithm may be applied to any collection of entities with reciprocal quotations and references.

The numerical weight that it assigns to any given element E is also called the PageRank of E and denoted by PR(E). (Wikipedia)

Page ranks varies between 0 and 10 , 10 being The Best .

Usually The Page rank is a big factor to determine the Price of a domain name and selling links on a website .

Note : This plugin will only show the Page rank of the Main domain and not pages and subpages ... , i might publish another version wich will allow to show the page rank of each page on a domain .

If You want to know the page rank of each page on your website , Google Toolbar is the best thing to have it allow you to know the pr of your pages .

The Page Rank Plugin Contains 3 php files and 1 folder for images , To Install the plugin :

  • Unzip the file and upload the page-rank folder to your wp-content/plugins folder
  • Activate your plugin in your Administration control panel .
  • Call the plugin function inside your theme (In my case it was the sidebar)
