I smoked two packs of cigarettes a day for thirty five years. I never thought I could quit, but I did. I feel so much better, can breathe well and never lose my breath when I go for a walk or mow the lawn, etc. I know it is hard, but if I quit, then anyone else can also.

Not by adding small caption ” Smoking Cuases Cancer ” on cigerette pack, Needs to BAN. Cigerette not only killed above 50 years aged people, youngsters in the age group of 25-35 also going to long sleep due to Heart Stroke and Cancer Caused by smoking.

I quit smoking 10 years ago and I hate it with a passion, more and more with each passing year, as it wrecks my family. My father died of lung cancer, and now my mother gets out of breath doing nothing, and my brother keeps on having chest infections that need antibiotics to clear. He gets out of breath just from walking. Both my parents were healthy at my brother’s age, so I dread to think of his future. I feel sick. He doesn’t believe he can quit, it’s never, ever, ever the “right time” and I can’t persuade him.

I agree with a lot of you. Smoking is stupid especially now-a -days when people know better. I have been trying to be supportive with my husband’s years of attempts to stop. I get him the patches., gum, and throw away whatever Cigarettes I find & the lighters too!! I have had several arguements, and discussions about it and still he lies to me and does it anyway. What kills me, is that we have 2 small baby boys and I constantly remind him he has to live to see them grow up, not leave me a widow, plus my mom was just diagnosed with Cancer, and still he doesn’t stop!!! I hate the fact that he smokes, lies about it, says he’s “trying” to stop, but does it anyway. He stinks like smoke, his gums are looking bad, and his fingers always smell. I don’t even want him near the kids so that he doesn’t contaminate them. I don’t know what to say anymore, am getting very depressed about it, and I really don’t want my sons to become smokers too., Even though he hides it and does it outside, he won’t b able to hide it once he gets cancer, emphysema, lung disease, or any other thing associated with this stupidity. And if he does , I don’t think I will bother to help him or see him at the hospital., because he did it to himself and he knew better!!

and also please check out the disturbing cruel experiments that are STILL done to animals. We know it’s bad for humans already and yet Philip Morris who make Marlborough cigs amongst others is still subjecting primates etc to a living hell.

I hate smoking & smokers too… cos they ignore other people’s needs, and don’t care to destroy themselves, when their families will be the ones to suffer & care for them when they rot with health probelms later in life….. Tobacco companies should be burnt down…. Tobacco should be made illegal just like other drugs…. They say Tobacco chemicals are more addictive that cocaine or heroine…. then WHY is it legal & on the streets???????

Get E-Cigger from me and quit health problem with out stoip smoking. No Nicotin,No Tobacco etc., Only pleasure of smoking.
