News : AbdulAziz Hamze case updated

In Today’s News (14 June 2007) we see the Following updates about Abdelaziz Hamze :

The Sun Sentinel Mentioned the Following :

FORT LAUDERDALE · He told his father he felt something under the van as he drove away, but he thought it was only a bumper, or maybe part of the engine.

Abdelaziz Hamze said he didn’t stop because he was afraid that if the people pursuing him caught up with him, they would kill him.

Then the Father of Abdul Aziz Hamze Made a statement :

Hamze’s father, who asked that his full name not be used because he was afraid for his family’s safety, told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel on Wednesday his son hit the Cadillac because its lights were off.

Three people exited the Cadillac and stood at either side of Hamze’s Dodge Caravan, his father said.

“He was afraid; the guy said, `I want to kill you,’” said Hamze’s father. “He was afraid; they were big, my son was small.”

We can see what kind of people was the Hall’s Family (Dont forget the 26 arrests , cocaine , weapon , etc …)

Hamze drove away and tried to call 911, but dropped the phone once the group caught up with him, his father said. The Broward Sheriff’s Office declined to confirm if the call was made. Hamze drove off again, unaware that Hall was on his hood, the father said.

I’m sure Sheriff’s investigation will be able to confirm , any call can be checked (By the cell phone company or by the Sheriff , FBI , CIA Or whatever..)

Hamze’s family has been going through their own form of anguish, following a published quote from Williams stating that police needed to solve the case before he did.

Is this a type of a threat ?? if he said this to the Media what do you expect him to say and do when the accident occurred ? i’m sure he threatened Abdel Aziz Hamza

Whatever they claim , The truth will show up .

The Father of Abdul Aziz Hamze ended the conversation by :

I feel sorry for this woman, I feel very sorry,” he said.

“You try to teach your kids, to raise them the right way, and after something like this happens, I don’t know what to do.

I’m thinking day and night, day and night, thinking, thinking, and I don’t know what to do.

  1. I thought it was just Ms Hall and boyfriend and two other women (including her sister) .. Three against one, I wouldn’t blame the guy for being scared for his life but some people do.. as if they would have been so brave if put in this same situation in the middle of the night.

Now look, her brother just slipped and confessed that he was there too, so we got five against one.

This is what he said “It didn’t have to be my sister,” King said. “The way he was going, he was showing me, the world, that anyone who got in his way, that man would not be stopped.”

He was showing you? So you were there, okay.. now thats two men and three women… come on tell us more how many others were there too all against that one small kid, attacking him and scaring him to death?!

  2. I am sorry but I’ve been reading the news about this incident and things aren’t making a lot of sense to me.

Hall’s fiance or boyfriend or husband says that he quietly approached Abdelaziz while in his car after the accident and told him that he didnt want to fight or argue and then according to him Hamze drove off. But on the other hand he also says that Hamze never stopped.

For as far as I have heard, this event contradicts Abdelaziz’s record and morals. Even though he has several traffic citations, he had appointed an attorney to represent him and resolve the tickets. And this traffic attorney praised him as being very nice and polite. Whereas the record of the other party involved is full of crimes of several types.

Therefore, I would lean more towards believing that he stopped first after the accident and then because a number of people aggressively attacked him, and possibly threatened him he ran for his life as his lawyer said.

Secondly, if those guys were in deed so nice and didn’t want trouble, why didn’t they just write down the tag number and call the cops like people normally do? If they were afraid that he may not get caught, they could have followed him at distance while on the phone with the police instead of just following him then gathering around him and treatening him at the traffic light. And according to the media, even after these guys chased him for like an hour they only got 3 digits of the tag.

This tells me they didn’t even care to take the number to solve the matter with the law.

Now what is worse is that, if they really felt he was going to run away and he was a dangerous driver, why did Ms Hall stand in front of the car? She saw him starting to accelerate and was told by her fiance to move but she didn’t. Isn’t this suicidal?

In any case, this is a sad incident and I can’t believe some people are actually taking this story and using it to stir what they call “Muslim-Black racism”, as if this kind of concept even exists. Frankly, they made it up to provoke hatred and evil. According to my firm knowledge, Islam clearly states that there is no difference between an Arab or non-Arab (black or white or any human race) except based on piety.. basically one’s actions.

We see a number of murder cases on the news everyday; a lot of times it is intentional. Why don’t they get into the details of those cases and start criticizing suspects up and down? Oh ok, it’s because those suspects aren’t Muslim or of Arab origin. Tell me who is the racist?!

So now I can see why someone like Abdelaziz might try to flee the country when he finds out he is in trouble. It is because of the prejudice, closed-minded people like these who immediately judge him wrongly just because he is Muslim (although he is a US citizen).

We ask God refuge from such evil and we ask Him justice for Abdelaziz.

  3. We’re all here for you Abdelaziz, hopefully this hardship will pass and you’ll get lots of rewards for being patient… We all know that you didn’t do it on purpose and we’re all making douaa’ for you.

  4. Peace to all:

I have seen Br. Abdulaziz Hamze several times around town in
Miami and in Broward counties in couple of stores serving
    food and bakery.

I spoke with him and I took the impression that he is very
    polite and peaceful person.

When I saw the first time the news coverage of his story I
realized that was way over reaction by the media and it shows clearly
that they concentrated on showing that he is an Arab and he is a Muslim.

I do not think this is fair to try to destroy a man’s life who is
did not have any intention even to hurt Mrs. Hall.

I feel sorry for the death of Mrs. Hall and I wish for her
family comfort, patince and wisdom in making decisions.

Some media has to stop the dirty games they have been playing
against Islam and Muslims. They are trying in the name of
freedom of speech to bring hate and more discrimination against
our peaceful communities and that already have produced many
hate crimes around the country against our community members.

Our office AMANA, the American Muslim Association of North America
insha Allah will stand strongly beside the family of Br. Abdulaziz Hamze
until he get out of his accusation.

I would like to request the attention of all AMANA friends and associates
to come forward and to assist in this matter.

  5. Rarely to find people who dont hate Muslims in the American society
except who are American Muslim, due to what happened before now .

September 11 changed the whole thing

Is it because he is a Muslim they will accuse him for something that he is inoccent from .

    Hopefully justice will prevail..

May Allah make it easy on our brother Abdul Aziz Hamze

May GOD help him and be out of jail soon

  6. I just hope that justice prevail soon without racism. Muslims are not terrorists as they claim.

Moreover, we -the muslims- are against those groups of terrorists that modify the Islam image.

Hold on my friend Abdul Aziz.

May Allah raise your rank, release your heart from sorrow, free your chest from anxiety, grant you strength and bless you.

  7. may GOD help Abed AlAziz and be out of jail soon – May Allah make it easy on you and on your family – FREEDOM FOR ABED ALAZIZ

  8. what would we do if we were in his shoes ? did you ask yourself this question ? we might give the perfect answer stay locked up in the car and use your cell phone to call 911 ,and yes this is true but try to answer same questions when you’re in fear ,great fear for your own life i dont know if i would be able to hold the phone i might be pressing the wrong numbers while the phone is off many wrong decisions or actions might be taken just as reaction of this great fear inside .

myself ,my heart would stop maybe, i was in less fearful situations than this case ,i was stepping over a snake ,i wanted to call my dad for help i lost my voice i was trying to shout but my voice was gone when my dad saw me he asked me to come or move and i could not pull up my feet ,that is why i feel with 3abdul3aziz hamza .

when i read his father comments ,it touched my heart ,you did a great job raising these kids it is not your mistake or abdul3aziz s mistake to react this way anyone might do same thing when they re scared for their life .

  9. I AM A WHITE PERSON MARRIED TO A BLACK PERSON – I HAVE NO PREJUDICE – NOT AGAINST BLACK/HISPANIC/CHINESE/MUSLIM, ETC. – I WORK FOR A LEBANESE MAN – PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE AND SHOULD ALL BE TREATED EQUALLY – I AGREE WITH THE PERSON WHO WROTE THAT THIS SHOULD NOT BE BLACK AGAINST MUSLIM – OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE WITNESSES AND A JURY WILL DECIDE – THE WHOLE SITUATION IS VERY VERY SAD- OF COURSE THE MUSLIM POPULATION WILL BE FOR THE MUSLIM AND THE BLACKS WILL BE FOR THE BLACKS – WHEN A PERSON IS RIGHT – I STAND UP FOR THEM NO MATTER WHAT THE RACE/COLOR/CREED – WHEN THEY ARE WRONG – I SAY THEY ARE WRONG – THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IN THE USA IS PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO LEARN ENGLISH – IF I LIVED IN SPAIN OR GERMANY OR ITALY – I WOULD LEARN THE LANGUAGE – THE USA IS BUILT ON IMMIGRANTS – THE ONLY ORIGINAL ONES HERE WERE THE INDIANS – MY GRANDPARENTS WERE IMMIGRANTS – SO I CANNOT BE PREJUDICED AGAINST IMMIGRANTS – THE ONLY THING I SAY IS THAT IMMIGRANTS SHOULD NOT WANT TO CHANGE AMERICAS WAYS – UNLESS THEY ARE BAD WAYS – I HAVE HAD IMMIGRANTS COME TO MY HOME AND WANT TO CHANGE THE WAY I COOK, CLEAN, ETC. – WE ALL NEED TO LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER

  10. Abdelaziz, we know you are a sweet person. We know you have a good heart. We know you were cornered that night and you had to escape to protect yourself. We know you didn’t mean to harm or kill anybody. But we also know that this life is nasty and deceptive. It is short and coming to an end. So it is paradise that we long for, that’s what is worth the effort and patience.
You were inflicted with this accident but we Muslims handle calamities patiently and by relying on God so that we earn the reward and win the hereafter. We know you will be patient because you are a strong believer. We ask God to make this situation easy on you.. You will get through it, God willing.

  11. I do not know Abdulaziz, but I know many friends, and thousands of friends of friends of Abdulaziz, and we are brothers rather than just friends, and we all have a common objective which is “to fight terrorists, especially those who disguise as Muslims like Wahabis”. So I can’t believe that Abdulaziz would hurt an innocent person on purpose. May Allah make it easy on you dear Abulaziz. For the family of the deceased, I have a message for you: I’m sorry for your loss, but neither condemning Abdulaziz nor absolving him would revive Mrs.Hall, so for her sake, stop the wrath, be merciful, and let justice prevail.

  12. ABDELAZIZ I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YOU DID NOT DO THIS INCIDENT INTENTIONALLY AND HOPEFULLY INSHALLAH YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS CASE PEACEFULLY
