A draft between U.S and France to End Lebanon Clashes reached an agreement on a Security Council resolution .
The Draft will not be voted before 24 hours at least …
A Zone formed from the Lebanese army and The United Nations Forces will take place in South Lebanon .
The Security Council was to meet on Saturday afternoon to discuss the draft resolution, which came after a week of intensive negotiations between France and the United States .
The Israeli bombardment on Saturday was particularly heavy in the southern port city of Tyre .
All told, the Israeli military said, its aircraft struck 70 targets in Lebanon overnight .
