i’m sure alot of people use msn messenger for chating .
A friend of mine recently told me that i can use Encarta on my msn … 
how ?
All what you have to do is to add this email to your msn messenger contact list : encarta@conversagent.com on your msn messenger .
you will be able to chat with the automated system of Encarta Messenger .
When you try to chat with this system you will receive this message :
